I wanted to share how I was able to generate 127 Buyer leads for a Boca realtor who converted 6 of them into clients who need to purchase in the next 4 months!

When it comes to generating leads online here are a few factors that need to be addressed.

First, you must have something of value to offer them (list of homes, buyers guide, relocation package)

Second, you must then create the creatives for the ads themselves. (images and videos)

Finally, setting up the ad!

The main aspect of the campaign that generated higher-quality leads is the location we targeted. We focused on people who wanted to move to Boca Raton but did not live in the state of Flordia.
